You listened to all my needs and requirements and very patiently and efficiently took me to the process of finding just the right property. Although it took
many months and many showings, you were always available and ready for the next move. Once we did find the property and escrow opened, you were
very much involved in every step of the way, to ensure everything was done properly and nothing fell through the cracks. If you had an assistant, I never
really knew it, because even though you may have had many other clients, you always took the time to handle the details of my escrow personally.

Buying a home and going through escrow can be a traumatic experience for anyone, given the huge commitment and the million things that need to be
properly handled, but you made the process very comfortable and safe for me. I also very much appreciated your being there to help even after
escrow had closed, such as with the shack the buyer needed to remove from the property.
